Every target below is measured against a documented national baseline, not an assumption.
Finalize LOIs with fleet, hospital, and insurer. Deploy backend infrastructure, configure SMS/USSD, and build the NLP crash-report parser.
Connect fleet telematics webhooks, integrate the insurer's coverage-verification API, and train hospital ER staff on GOP code verification.
Recruit the 50-rider pilot cohort, run safety workshops, and begin processing real incidents end to end.
Process additional crashes, tune dispatch speed and detection thresholds against real road data, and run community outreach for female riders.
Complete 30-day outcome follow-up, publish the open-source data schema, and deliver a policy brief to NTSA and the Ministry of Health.
Five roles, none of them competing with RAXI — each already does one piece of this well.
